The service is designed to protect your privacy. The AI assistant will never disclose sensitive personal information such as your address, email address, personal phone numbers, financial information, family details, travel plans, or availability. It simply gathers information from the caller and prepares a clear summary for you.

How it works: the service is provided on a monthly basis starting from the date it becomes active. This is not a long-term subscription contract. Each month, we will send you an invoice for the continuation of the service, which you may cancel at any time.

After you purchase the service, we will contact you to request some basic information about your business, including your website if available. We will then prepare the information and setup for your virtual receptionist service and send it to you for approval before the service goes live. The cost of every incoming call is 0.35 GBP per minute, please read our billing policy.
